Helping Neurodivergent Individuals, Survivors, and Leaders Thrive in a World That Wasn’t Designed for Them

Amanda King is a passionate and dedicated advocate for neurodivergent executives, creatives, and business leaders navigating the unique challenges of leadership and entrepreneurship. As a mother of two autistic children, the wife of a disabled veteran, and a trauma survivor, Amanda’s journey has been defined by resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to public service.

A seasoned visual artist, Amanda’s work has been showcased in prestigious exhibitions, including New York’s Van Der Plas Gallery, Miami’s White’s Gallery, and high-profile venues across the Fashion District, Chelsea, and the renowned New York Art Walk. With a deep personal connection to the arts, she understands firsthand the delicate balance between creative passion and building a sustainable, thriving business.

Amanda’s expertise extends beyond the arts into leadership roles in marketing, business development, and public service. From directing public libraries to leading strategic marketing initiatives for small businesses, she has worked with over 100 businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations—helping them craft impactful branding strategies, streamline operations, and implement sustainable growth models. With a specialization in data-driven decision-making, innovative problem-solving, and executive function coaching, Amanda empowers neurodivergent professionals to move beyond overwhelm, build confidence, and create businesses that flourish—without the risk of burnout.

Today, she is on a mission to help creatives, survivors, and neurodivergent leaders redefine success on their own terms. Through Maven, Amanda offers a full-service coaching approach that covers essential business and executive function skills, including time management, decision-making, marketing, branding, sales strategy, and workflow optimization.

Her message is clear: You don’t have to conform to a system that wasn’t built for you. Instead, Amanda will help you design a business and life that celebrates your strengths, embraces your neurodiversity, and set you up for long-term success.
